Mac keyboard shortcuts


Recently, i started using Apple Mac pro, below are some of the keyboard short cuts that i felt useful for everyone.

Description
Command-Shift-3
Takes screen shot and save it to the desktop
Command-Comma (,)
Open preferences for the front app
Command-Q
Quit the Front Application
Command-W
Close the front window
Command-Option-W
Close all windows of the app
Commnd-X
Cut, like CTRL+X in windows
Command-C
Copy, like CTRL+C in windows
Command-V
Paste, like CTRL+V in windows
Command-Z
Undo
Command-Shift-Z
Redo
Command-A
Select all items
Command-F
Find, like CTRL+F in windows
Command-G
Find again
Command-H
Hide the window of the front application
Command-M
Minimize the front window
Command-N
Open an new document or window
Command-O
Open the selected item
Command-P
Print the document
Command-S
Save the document
Command-delete
Delete the document
F11
Show desktop
Fn–Up Arrow
Page Up: Scroll up one page. 
Fn–Down Arrow
Page Down: Scroll down one page.
Fn–Left Arrow
Home: Scroll to the beginning of a document
Fn–Right Arrow
End: Scroll to the end of a document
Command-
Zoom in
Command +
Zoom out
