Nexus: login to nexus application

Access Nexus application by opening the url 'http://localhost:8081/' in browser.

Click on ‘Sign In’ button, which is available on top right side corner of the page.

Password for the admin is located at ‘{NEXUS_INSTALLATION_DIRECTORY}/sonatype-work/nexus3/admin.password’

Enter the user name as admin and password from the above file. Once you signed in, you will be navigated to home screen of nexus.

Click on Next button on Setup window.

Nexus request you to change the password of admin user. Give the password of your choice. I give as password123 (Do not give this password in production). Click on Next button.

Click on Next button.

Click on Finish button.

Logout and login with new credentials.
