Installation and configuration of nexus repository

Download the latest version of nexus repository

Go to below location and download Nexus repository manager software.

https://help.sonatype.com/repomanager3/download

Install Nexus repository manager

Create a folder nexus and extract the downloaded nexus software to nexus folder.

Add the bin directory path of nexus to your system path.

Execute the command ‘nexus run’ to start nexus repository manager.

Once Nexus started, open the url ‘http://localhost:8081/’ in browser, it will take you to the welcome screen.
