Mahout: UserNeighborhood

UserNeighborhood is an interface for computing a neighborhood of similar users that can then beused by the Recommenders.

Following classes implements UserNeighborhood interface.
a.   CachingUserNeighborhood
b.   NearestNUserNeighborhood
c. ThresholdUserNeighborhood
