How to log SQL statements in Spring Boot?


If you are using spring jpa, add below statements to application.properties file.

spring.jpa.show-sql=true
spring.jpa.properties.hibernate.format_sql=true

First statement shows sql statements in console and second statement format sql statements while printing in console.

Let’s see a working application.

spring.datasource.tomcat.min-idle=3
