'org.quartz.Scheduler' interface provides standby method,
it is used to temporarily halt the scheduler from firing triggers.
Example
Scheduler scheduler = schedulerFactory.getScheduler();
scheduler.standby();
Call the start() method, to bring the scheduler out of
stand-by mode.
