jstat: Include time stamp for each sample

‘-t’ option is used to generate a time stamp for each sample in the first column.

$ jstat -gcoldcapacity -t 86867 5s
Timestamp          OGCMN       OGCMX        OGC         OC       YGC   FGC    FGCT     GCT   
         3490.7    175104.0   2796544.0    175104.0    175104.0    13     0    0.000    0.040

‘Timestamp’ column specifies the elapsed time in seconds since the start of the JVM.
